i draw by hand most of the time. i don't have experience with those two to be honest but this year i will probebly test out SAI and blender to test my skills. i am not super good yet but i still love to draw just by hand ^^ i think if you want professional growth it's not about what you use. it can be a massive help but it is more about how you use your tools to your advantage. i think it would be good to also learn from youtube and others how they do sertant things. that way you can gain more professional growth as well ^^ i hope that helps out a bit. good luck with getting better.
